water street commons

The Water Street Commons is a small business collaborative of five tiny shops, one beverage shed, food truck area, and public seating area along the Thunder Bay River in the heart of Downtown Alpena. Vendors are rotated on a seasonal basis, with new vendors every summer, fall and holiday season and then the Commons shuts down until spring.
