Convene your coven and enjoy spooky shopping specials, bewitching beverages, and other witchy wonders throughout downtown.
2024 Schedule of Events
5-8 pm: Shopping Specials
Enjoy spooky specials at 25+ downtown shops that will be open late! Each participating stop will have a cauldron filled coupons from other businesses. Our sneaky spirits have spread Downtown Dollars throughout the cauldrons too.
5-8 pm: Enchanting Endeavors
5-8 pm: Sinister Scavenger Hunt
Adult Scavenger Hunt. Grab your group and complete a spooky scavenger hunt through Downtown Alpena. Check in and drop off at Parallel 45 Books & Gifts (106 N Second Ave). Three lucky witches who complete the Scavenger Hunt will receive $100 in Downtown Dollars (pulled randomly).
8-10 pm: Alleyway After Party
Come in costume for drinks, dancing, and a LIVE DJ in the Center Alley near Friendly Foodees.

- Themed drink specials at bars & taprooms
- A spooky photo-op in the alleyway
- Signature scent candle release at Traveling Ladders (102 N Second Ave) with Thunder River Candle Company
- Potions, herbal remedies, crystals, yoga, gong bath and a witch's circle at Joshua Tree Studio & Spa (112 W Chisholm St)
