Bard at the Bar - A Shakespeare Themed Bar Crawl
Join us at our second-annual Bard at the Bar, downtown's Shakespearean Bar Crawl scheduled for Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 7-10 pm! Enjoy five live Shakespeare performances from Thunder Bay Theatre's core company at downtown bars and restaurants. This year's stops are Mangos Tequila Bar, The Black Sheep, Thunder Bay Winery, Downtown Scoops, and The Fresh Palate.
6:00-7 pm: Check-in & registration in the Center Building (109 N. Second Ave).
7 pm- 9 pm: Performances at our stops
9 pm- 9:30 pm: Final performance at Fresh Palate
$30 includes a drink at each stop (four total), an ice cream at Downtown Scoops, and a commemorative pin.
$10 non-drinker ticket gets you admission to all performances and an ice cream.
Tickets go up $5 at the door, so we encourage you to purchase them in advance.
This year, we are also selling commemorative t-shirts to wear the night of the crawl! Shirts are $20 and must be ordered by November 1, 2019.

Every fall the DDA hosts its annual Chili Chowder cook off! An average of a dozen contestants from around the region compete in several categories from Best Chili or Chowder to Most Spirit Booth. The Chili Chowder Cook-Off is proudly a zero waste event with the help of Changemakers 4-H and our volunteers.
